THE PARTNERS
Long has evolved for almost 20 years in the world of Finance where he worked in consulting (Peat marwick, Eurogroup) and in investment banking (Societe Generale). He was Associate Director of SG Consulting. He has piloted numerous projects in various areas of the Bank (Investment Banking, Financial Department, Securities Services, Asset Management, Private Banking).
He graduated from Sciences Po Strasbourg and holds an MBA from HEC.

Founder
Martin completed a first part of his career - 15 years - in financial services consulting (Roland Berger, Eurogroup, PwC), before joining BNP Paribas CIB (director of internal consulting/strategy then creator of the innovation factory) for 6 years. He has been a consultant again for 3 years and supports companies in the financial sector (AM, CIB, etc.) in their transformation (innovation, digitalization, strategy)
He is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale Paris, of the ENSCI of THNK.

Valérie has 25 years of field sales experience. She had the opportunity to build and supervise teams of door-to-door salespeople, sedentary telesales salespeople and finally field salespeople in both BtC and BtB. Valérie has held commercial management positions in various industries such as the world of culture or the press. Today she has developed a solid expertise in the implementation of strategy and deployment of sales forces. A graduate in international trade, Valérie builds and distributes training actions through the Qualiopi certified Ovaly brand.

THE TEAM
Specialist in marketing, communication and customer relations, Gwenaëlle has evolved for more than 20 years within major international French-speaking and English-speaking groups in market finance. She has managed multicultural, multisite teams in trading room and asset management environments, serving on executive committees. She was able to create, reorganize and develop marketing activities to refocus the strategy around the customer and integrate digital into work and communication tools.
Gwenaëlle holds a Master's degree in management from Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Gwen Gautier
Business consultant and interim manager for 20 years, Stéphane began his career in Transaction Services at Arthur Andersen, before working in strategy and organization consulting, then in restructuring and revitalization. He also has operational experience as Managing Director of a brokerage company (non-standard insurance) and many years of consulting in management, transformation and change management to his credit. Stéphane holds an MS HEC-Entrepreneurs, a graduate of MASS (applied mathematics) and a former top athlete (karting).
Stéphane GERBAULET
Valeria has 15 years of experience in marketing and innovation, she was several years marketing manager for large groups, to then join the world of French Tech by founding a startup.
Today, she supports companies that wish to transform innovative project ideas into profitable high-growth companies with support in marketing, digital transformation and the implementation of growth-hacking.
She graduated from the Università Ca' Foscari di Venezia and holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration.
Valeria CASTELLETTO
Thibaut has 15 years of experience in financial markets and banking in Europe, within international groups of various sizes and cultures in a French or English-speaking environment. He has evolved in Anti-Money Laundering directions and has been a correspondent and TRACFIN Declarant for several entities of a large banking group.
He graduated from Science Po Lyon and is certified (AMF) in 2018, International Advanced Certificate in Anti Money Laundering (ICA) in 2016 and Member of the ICCI in France.
Thibaud DE ROSIER
Emilien has 15 years of experience in financial markets and fund management. As a legal expert, he has accompanied numerous institutional investors, pension funds and financial institutions from the definition of the investment solution to the legal and operational implementation. He evolved in a European and Anglo-Saxon environment on alternative funds.
He holds a master's degree in commercial law from the University of Paris 1 Sorbonne and a master's degree in international business law from ESSEC.
Emilien SIMOES
Emilien has 20 years of experience in the financial markets and the management of alternative funds, in Front Office (trading, structuring, new product development and marketing), Middle Office (control, post trade management, valuation and compliance) and Risk Management . He regularly works on market and counterparty risk issues, operations management, business process transformation and regulatory projects.
Edouard is a graduate of ENSTA and HEC with a major in finance.
Edward KAN PUONG
Stéphane has 20 years of experience in banking and financial markets. He has led numerous Strategy and Organization Consulting assignments or as Project Management Officer or Project Director within complex environments. In particular, he was able to develop an ability to manage major IT transformation projects in the banking world.
Stéphane graduated from the Ecole Centrale Lyon.
Stéphane MENENDEZ
Roland has 20 years of experience in the financial markets and in management on behalf of third parties (Funds and Management under mandate), in Europe and in Asia (APAC zone), within international groups of various sizes and cultures in an environment French or English speaking. He was moved to the Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering Department. He holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Louvain in Belgium, certified Securities representative (FCA) in 2000, RCSI (AMF) in 2005, CAMS (Acams) 2014, RCCI (AMF) in 2019 and CCO (CSI ) 2020 and joins ALCO in Luxembourg and ICCI in France
Roland DE LA TULLAYE
Olivier has held positions of responsibility for 25 years in large groups and in particular as a member of the Comex of an international logistics company. He now devotes himself to supporting executive coaching as well as supporting the cultural and managerial transformations of their company.
He is a graduate of ESCP, of the Master HEC Coaching and Consulting for change (2003), doctor of management sciences of the University 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (2007) and Certified of the Harvard Kennedy School (2013)
